About us

HR Worth Recruiting have extensive experience and knowledge of the regional marketplace allowing us to deliver a tailored recruitment service to both our candidates and clients.

The service covers every HR discipline across all experience levels from junior to board director appointments for both permanent, contract and interim positions.  We operate across all business sectors including private, public and not for profit organisations.

Our Founder

Abigail Worth is a HR, L&D, Payroll and Recruitment specialist with over 20 years of recruitment experience.

A graduate in Business Studies she also passed REC and CIPD Qualifications. After University Abigail joined the Human Resources team at Marks and Spencer plc and then went to the Crawley office of a large corporate recruiter where she worked for sixteen years.

She has worked with many clients in Surrey, Sussex and Kent including: AXA, BUPA, Cats Protection, Balfour Beatty, BSUH NHS Trust, Horsham District Council, HR Services Partnership, Just Retirement, Reigate & Banstead Council and The Gym Group.
